Frequently Asked Questions

Can you help me if my health or income is impacted by COVID-19?

We have support in place for qualified CollaborateMD customers who experience hardship as a result of the outbreak.  In addition to waiving certain fees during the pandemic, CollaborateMD will not suspend your account for non-payment if you use our online payment extension request. We will continue to invoice you and partner with you to provide as much assistance as we can and where affordable.  Customers should continue to pay what they can to avoid building up a large balance that will be harder to pay off later.

As an essential service to healthcare providers, CollaborateMD is committed to delivering the best practice management solution and services to all of its valued customers.

Please contact our CRXM teams as follows:

What happens if the U.S. mail service gets disrupted and you don't receive my payment?

To avoid late or missed payments if mail delivery is disrupted, we recommend paying your invoice online.

  1. Link to Payment Profile
  2. Link to making a one-time payment

Once you add a payment profile, you can schedule payments so you have one less thing to worry about.

Can I manage my account using CollaborateMD?

You can manage your account, request support, view your invoices, change your payment profile and much more using CollaborateMD.  You can access the app via an internet connection using app.collaboratemd.com.

Do you offer telehealth services?

We have partnered with iSalus to offer telehealth services to our customers. We want to help reduce the risk of exposure at your practice. Visit our Knowledge Center to find answers to commonly asked questions about this option.

What is the CARES Act?

The $2 trillion Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act will provide much-needed financial help to independent medical practices.

Independent medical practices are struggling to keep their doors open because they are canceling any non-COVID-19-related doctor appointments. Other challenges that continue to be considered are problems with insurance reimbursements, revenue cycle management, EHR implementation costs and ever-changing regulatory obligations.

We want to help you understand the CARES Act and some of the financial aid/ relief that can benefit your practice during this coronavirus crisis. You can register for our live webinar series that will be held on Tuesday, April 14th at 1:00 PM ET. You can REGISTER HERE.
