The following payers is experiencing issues affecting Institutional and Professional 5010 999 and 277CA report generation for claims submitted from 07/04/2013 to 07/05/2013:

• CPID 2577 Wyoming Medicaid
• CPID 7458 Wyoming Medicaid

The clearinghouse is working diligently with the payer to resolve the issue and ensure reports are received.
