Update: This issue has been resolved. All impacted ERA has been received and processed.

Original Notice Sent 04/09/2013:
Due to a payer processing issue, there has been a delay in Professional and Institutional Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) for the following payers for dates 03/28/2013 through the present:

CPID 2839 Hometown Health Plan
CPID 2960 Hometown Health Plan

Remits received from 03/28/2013 to 04/02/2013 contained invalid information and should be disregarded. Hometown Health Plans has stopped the production and distribution of ERA files until this issue has been resolved. Corrected files will be distributed upon resolution. The clearinghouse is working with the payer to receive all outstanding ERA files as quickly as possible. Additional updates will be forwarded as more information becomes available. Please be aware of a delay in the delivery of ERA for dates above.
