Reports for multiple CPIDs between November 4, 2011 and December 1, 2011 may have been returned with the following invalid rejections due to a payer processing issue:

A7:153::65: ID code must be present and valid
A7:232::65: Invalid or missing admitting diagnosis code

This issue has been resolved. All claims that rejected in error during this time frame must be resubmitted for payer processing.

CPID 4608 Lifeprint
CPID 1994 Sierra Health Services, Inc.
CPID 3880 Sierra Health Services, Inc.

Action Required: Please be aware of the invalid claim rejections that require you to resubmit for payer processing.
