CIGNA has identified an Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) processing issue which may have caused some remits received between 03/29/2013 and 03/31/2013 to be processed multiple times. This resulted in the delivery of duplicate ERA transactions.

Payers affected are:
CPID 6405 CIGNA Health Plans
CPID 4509 CIGNA Health Plans
CPID 4516 CIGNA Select (formerly Great West Healthcare)
CPID 6408 CIGNA Select (formerly Great West Healthcare)

Please disregard any duplicate ERAs you may receive from Cigna during the time frame above.
