Clarification: There is no need to refrain from sending transactions during the maintenance timeframe given below. Transactions will be held at the clearinghouse and processed once maintenance is complete and the system is fully functioning.

Original Notice Sent 09/12/2012:
The clearinghouse will be performing system maintenance on Sunday, 09/16/2012 from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT. During this timeframe, the clearinghouse claims processing will be delayed and reports and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) will not be delivered. Collaboration Compass, including the Payer Agreements Library, will not be available.

Action Required: The clearinghouse processing and systems will be unavailable during system maintenance on Sunday, 09/16/2012. Please refrain from sending claims during this timeframe.
