2018 Support Access Changes for the Better!

We are undergoing some changes to our Customer Support Team. We will have a new callback feature and extended live chat hours that will become effective Monday, June 18th, 2018.

Here are the enhancements that will improve how you're supported in the future.

Queue Callback: Choose between waiting on hold in a queue and requesting a callback. Our new callback feature will hold your place in the support queue and call you back when the next Customer Specialist is available. When requesting a callback, you'll be provided with simple instructions so you can remain focused on your day to day tasks.

Extended Live Chat Hours: In our quest to better serve you, we've expanded our Live Chat hours by 25% at no additional cost to your business. The new Live Chat hours are 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday.

You will continue to have online support, and we are always growing our resources to help provide you with the knowledge you need to quickly resolve issues and become an in-house CollaborateMD Expert! Our other awesome tools: The Training Website and Self-Service Portal are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In order to provide the dedicated resources to these improvements, the option to leave a voicemail or request support via email will be discontinued effective June 18th, 2018.
