Who turned out the lights?!

Now that Daylight Saving Time has officially ended, you have probably noticed it’s a little darker outside as you head home from a day at the office, right? So the big question is this: what are you going to do to squeeze every single minute of daylight out of each day? How are you going to further optimize every activity to be most productive?

While we can’t provide you with an extra hour of daylight (at least not yet — though that has been submitted as an enhancement request and our engineers are generally up to any challenge), this month, the CollaborateMD team launched our biggest suite of optimization tools to-date: version 8.3. Consider it a little ray of light that shines on opportunities for greater efficiency, more streamlined processes, fewer rejected and denied claims, and improved net profit.

October had an entire week dedicated to our favorite people: our users! Our client services department hosted daily activities designed to boost our knowledge, skills, and abilities and help us better serve our customers’ needs… (more info)

With the release of our latest update, 8.3.0, we introduced review services with high-level claim scrubbing, custom labels and superbills, enhanced scheduler tools, appointment confirmation, and the CollaborateMD User Portal… (more info)

CollaborateMD Supports March of Dimes!
Taking the phrase "Go big or go home" to heart, we went big (as a gold sponsor for the Signature Chefs Auction) and we went home even bigger (by at least a couple belt notches)! Though we sampled food from the best chefs in town, our hearts went home bigger than our bellies as we learned about this great organization and what far-reaching effects it has on both a local and national level… (more info)
