KEGLER, L.L.C. Changes Name To WebMBS

ORLANDO, Fl - August 1, 1999- KEGLER, LLC. announced today the change of their company name to WebMBS. WebMBS stands for Web-based medical billing software and better reflects our company product and vision. In 1998 the owner of WebMBS, a software programmer by trade, came up with the idea to utilize the power and flexibility of the Web to revolutionize the medical billing software industry. The product and company name are both WebMBS. The official product launch is expected later this year.

WebMBS is a privately held company headquartered in Orlando, FL.
