Testimonial- “I owe a great part of my success to CollaborateMD”.

“My experience with Collaborate MD has been wonderful! Being a healthcare provider myself in the past, I knew firsthand what I needed and what I was looking for in starting up my own medical billing service. I owe a great part of my success to Collaborate MD. They are so dependable, supportive, and they have the most user-friendly medical billing software I have ever used. The remote capabilities allowed my clients easy-to-use access as well, and this alone allowed my business to thrive and grow throughout the US. I had no boundaries!

The support you will find with this company is awesome. The response time is very reasonable and they do not nickel and dime you for every issue you experience. The statements are extremely professional and easy to understand. The software itself is easy to use and is very helpful in keeping you on track with denied claims. Without this great software, I would not be where I am today with my billing service! I want to thank all of the staff at Collaborate MD for being there for me. You’ve made my dreams come true!”

Helen Sanderson, RDH, BS - President

CollaborateMD Supports Haiti Efforts

On Tuesday, January 12, 2010, the country of Haiti was hit by a catastrophic earthquake measuring 7.0 in magnitude. This news is devastating and we, at CollaborateMD, would like to send our condolences to all of those affected by this tragedy.

In times of tragedy and despair, encouragement and support is needed most. To show our support to the victims of the Haiti, CollaborateMD has donated $10,000 to UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief). From our donation, 100% will be used by UMCOR to provide relief in Haiti.

Another act of support, orchestrated for our organization by Client Services Analyst, Karen Desanges, is a food and clothing drive. Karen will be collecting food, clothing, and toiletries. These items will be collected until Friday, January 22. The collected items will be sent to a non-for-profit organization known as Help Haitians Live, Inc. This organization has been doing missionary work for 12 years in Haiti. They focus on reaching the people who are on the outskirts of Haiti and have difficulty getting to the help needed.

To get more information on this organization, click the link to this organization’s website below:
http://helphaitianslive.com/default.aspx,

In addition to the above relief efforts, I, along with others, sent a pledge to Yѐle Haiti simply by texting YELE to 501501 to donate $5 to the Yѐle Haiti Earthquake Fund. Yéle’s community service programs include food distribution and mobilizing emergency relief. Grammy-Award winning musician, humanitarian and Goodwill Ambassador to Haiti Wyclef Jean founded Yéle Haiti in 2005.

Please consider providing your own support, as this is a nation in need.

Medical Billing Software Provider Promotes Philanthropic Contributions Company-wide

CollaborateMD Donates on Behalf of Employees; Matches Donations

ORLANDO, FL. – December 14, 2009 – CollaborateMD, a leading provider of hybrid SaaS practice management and medical billing software for physician offices and third-party billing services, today completed their 2009 employee-supported philanthropic contributions campaign. Since CollaborateMD Founder and CEO Douglas Kegler led the charge this past October to introduce the program, his company has worked to spread awareness, donate personal funds, and volunteer for one of the many charities CollaborateMD supports.

Kegler has long supported many charities, including American Forests, with whom CollaborateMD partnered in Q1 2008 to launch the “Plant a Tree – Go ASP” program. Other annual contributions have included UMCOR, St. Jude Cancer Research, Covenant House, Habitat for Humanity, and Junior Achievement of Central Florida. More recently, CollaborateMD became a gold sponsor of the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction in Orlando, Florida.

The list of philanthropic organizations to which CollaborateMD donates has grown greatly since the beginning of Q4, at which time Kegler committed to make a donation on behalf of every single employee to the charity of that employee’s choice. In addition to the already established list of organizations above, newly supported charities include Rock Pink, Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, Orlando Sentinel Family Fund Holiday Campaign, Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, Cross Point Church, National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, Walk Now for Autism Speaks, Z88.3 FM, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and Beta Center. In addition to the individual donation, CollaborateMD offered 100% matching for all employee contributions.

The total amount of 2009 employee-supported philanthropic contributions campaign donations exceeded $10,000, which represents only a fraction of the total donations made by CollaborateMD for the year.
