Fixed bug with find remittance codes breaking when the default code sorting option is set to description.

Fixed bug with finding open times breaking the active scheduling date range. Overhauled the feature to improve performance.

Updated C-4 NY Worker’s Compensation form to the latest version.  The information located on the forms tab of the claim is no longer valid for this version. When printing NY Worker’s claims, a PDF of the C-4 form will appear with the claim information populated. The remainder of the form can be filled out through Adobe Acrobat. The latest version of Adobe Acrobat is required to support this form. If you wish to save the populated form for your records, you will need to purchase the full version of Acrobat.
