Software Requirements
For the best user experience with ClaimGear, we suggest that your computer meet, at minimum, the requirements listed below:

• Windows 98, NT, 2000, 2004, Me, or XP computer with a Pentium, Celeron, or AMD 400Mhz or higher.
• Minimum 56K Internet connection, although a cable or DSL modem is strongly suggested.
• 256MB RAM. Less than 256 MB of RAM will cause the program to operate slowly.
• Your screen resolution should be at least 800 x 600.
• 50MB of disk space
• Computers with Cyrix processors may experience problems because of a flaw in the processor. We do not support or recommend running the software on these computers.
• If you are behind a firewall you will need to allow the ClaimGear or Java program access to your computer.
• In some instances, such as computers in a hospital, you may need to have the system administrator add our address and ports to your secure zone. Have your system administrator contact our support department.
