WebMBS, L.L.C. Changes Name To XGear Technologies

ORLANDO, Fl - July 1, 2001- - WebMBS, LLC. announced today the change of their company name to XGear Technologies, Inc. The name change was performed to better reflect the array of services the company will provide in the future to the medical billing and medical office community. The "X" in XGear can be replaced with other product names the company may produce such as ClaimGear. Future product names could be SchedulingGear, EligibiltyGear, etc.
