Patient Eligibility for Groups With More Than 10 Providers
Patient eligibility checks are a flat fee of 30 cents per inquiry for groups with more than 10 providers. Inquires can be run in seconds from the Patient Section or the Appointment Scheduler. All inquiries are saved and can be retrieved at any time. Results from the inquiry can be filtered to quickly see exactly the information you need.

Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and Patient Eligibility
Providers are only charged $199/mo when they are receiving ERA OR Eligibility into their account. Otherwise, they are charged $149/mo. Once ERA is received into your account or Patient Eligibility is processed, ALL providers are charged $199/mo. If one or more providers are receiving ERA AND Eligibility, ALL providers are charged $249/mo.

Low Volume Providers : The first provider in a practice is charged at full price based on usage of claims only, era, eligibility or all three, but any other providers in the same practice that submit less than 75 claims during the month to the clearinghouse are charged at half price of the most expensive provider. Half price is either $74.50/mo.(claims only), $99.50/mo. (claims plus ERA or eligibility), or $124.50/mo. (all services). Any provider that submits five or less claims to the clearinghouse is free, as long as one provider is at full price.

Monthly Minimum
The monthly minimum is $149 per account.

Special Discounts for Medical Groups with More Than 10 Providers
Medical groups with 10 or more providers can call Sales for discounted monthly pricing.
