Joe is from
the UK and well known in the east of England as a developer of properties
and companies and a true entrepreneur. Originally, he took over a building
business started by his father and developed it firstly into a very successful
residential and holiday homes company and then into leisure developments.
In the early 1980's, he conceived, designed and developed one of the first
theme parks in the UK. Joe later moved on to construct three major Sealife
Centres in the UK and Holland. Upon the very successful sale of those

ventures. Joe has owned property or been involved in business in the United
States for the past 25 years and has been primarily responsible for the
fund raising required for XGear Technologies. He is currently the Managing
