As soon as you start entering claims into the software we will begin your testing with the clearinghouse. In most cases your testing will be completed in days and you will start sending electronic commercial claims. Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, and some commercial payers require Payer Agreements to be filled out prior to electronic submission. In most cases you will receive approval from the payer within 14-21 days of receipt of the agreement.
