By combining it with our ClaimGear software, you will have access to quick, efficient claim editing, in a seamless environment created just for you.

EMR is the future of patient records - everything you need
in one portable, easily accessible location. From patient check-in to

Reducing the number of manual entries
The interface between ClaimGear and TORO - the online lab order
results application used by Quest Diagnostics - will considerably reduce
the amount of time that clients of both systems spend entering and updating
patient information. Up until now, medical practices have had to enter
any changes to patient information into both systems, doubling the amount
of manual labor. With this new interface, patient demographic information
only needs to be entered once, in ClaimGear. Then it will be automatically
updated, based on the information in ClaimGear, whenever a medical practice
accesses a patient's information via TORO. This will successfully eliminate
the need to enter information in multiple programs.

Enabling electronic prescribing
XGear Technologies has teamed up with RxNT to offer clients a quick and
easy method of writing or refilling prescriptions and sending them electronically
to the patient's pharmacy of choice. The process is simple: the prescriber
selects an existing patient or creates a new patient, reviews the patient's
medical and medication history, and then writes or refills a prescription.
The scrip can be printed in the office or sent to the patient's pharmacy.
The patient simply picks up the prescription, and the process is complete.
With the integration of ClaimGear and RxNT, you can access real-time patient information, including patient-specific medication history and patient-specific formularies, to prescribe the best medication for each patient and situation. And, RxNT provides a comprehensive drug database, including OTC medications and supplies. Your prescriptions can be sent to one of the more than 72,000 retail and mail-order pharmacies contained in their pharmacy list.

Lowering the number of no-shows
XGear Technologies is joining forces with Tavoca to provide automated
telephone reminders to patients with upcoming appointments, based on the
information entered into your ClaimGear Scheduler. You can reduce the
number of no-shows at your practice by contacting your patients ahead
of time for all of their appointments.
Your patients will be automatically telephoned and reminded of their upcoming appointments. This helps your practice confirm appointments, or record cancellations so that you can schedule new appointments. All confirmations and cancellations will be entered into your Scheduler, allowing you to see the result of each call, in color-coding, at a glance.
With the new ClaimGear modules, you will have access to all of the funcitons you need for your business in just one program. And, all of these add-on modules can be integrated into your ClaimGear program immediately.
