Electronic Claims
We can submit your medical claims electronically to over 1,200 payers
nationwide including Medicare, Medicaid, BlueCross & BlueShield,
and Commercial payers. Claims processed electronically can be paid
in as little as 10 - 14 days by payers. Claim errors can be significantly
reduced when claims are submitted electronically.

Statements
Save time by having us print and mail your
patient statements for you. You shouldn't be wasting your time printing,
folding, inserting, and stamping envelopes. We can process your patient
statements nightly and automatically resend unpaid statements after 30
days.

Backup to CD
Our clients can have an additional level
of security by requesting a data snapshot of all of their account data
every 30, 60, or 90 days. All account data is compressed, password protected,
written to a CD, and mailed to the customer.
