The delivery of Payor Claim Data Report (SR) and Payer Report Data File (SF) from 12/03/2012 to present has been delayed until further notice due to a processing issue. The clearinghouse is working to resolve this issue and process the reports as quickly as possible. Further notification will be provided as additional information becomes available.
