The report processing issue is now resolved.
Original Notice Sent 06/14/2013:
Due to an unexpected processing issue, the clearinghouse experienced issues affecting Institutional and Professional 5010 reports for the following payer:
• CPID 6408 CIGNA Select (fka Great-West Healthcare) - Professional
• CPID 4516 CIGNA Select (fka Great-West Healthcare) - Institutional
This affected the 999 and 277CA report generation for reports returned from 06/12/2013 to present. This issue caused reports returned from Cigna Select to process under CPIDs 6405 and 4509 Cigna Health Plans.
The clearinghouse is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and to reprocess the reports to the correct CPIDs.
