Due to a payer system issue the payer cannot accept electronic transactions at this time.
This issue has impacted all HIPAA 5010 Production submitters/receivers for transactions: 276/277 Claim Status transactions, 837I and 837P Claims.
Payers affected are:
CPID 2414 Horizon Blue Shield of New Jersey
CPID 5526 Horizon Blue Cross of New Jersey
