Update: This issue is resolved. All outstanding remittance has been received.
Due to a payer processing issue, there has been a delay in Professional and Institutional Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) for the following payers for check dates 11/30/2012, 12/04/2012 and 12/06/2012:
CPID 6400 Aetna
CPID 4500 Aetna
The clearinghouse is working with the payer to receive all outstanding ERA files as quickly as possible. Additional updates will be forwarded as more information becomes available.
Please be aware of a delay in the delivery of ERA for check dates above.
