Tufts is continuing to experience issues with their new 835 process. We have not been provided with an updated time line for delivery at this time.

Due to a payer processing issue, there has been a delay in Professional and Institutional Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) for the following payers for file dates 08/12/2013 through the present:
•CPID 2438 Tufts Associated Health Plans
•CPID 8504 Tufts Associated Health Plans
Additional updates will be forwarded as more information becomes available. Please be aware of a delay in the delivery of ERA for file dates above.
