Due to an upstream processing issue, there has been a delay in some Professional and Institutional Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) for the following payers for check date 06/07/2013 through present:
• CPID 2419 Maryland Blue Shield - CareFirst
• CPID 2425 Blue Shield of the National Capital Area - CareFirst
• CPID 1509 Blue Cross of the National Capital Area - CareFirst
• CPID 7518 Maryland Blue Cross - CareFirst
All parties responsible for creating and sending these ERAs to the clearinghouse are aware of the issue and we are working collaboratively to resolve it.
Additional updates will be forwarded as more information becomes available. Please be aware of a delay in the delivery of ERA for check dates above.
