The clearinghouse will be performing system maintenance on Sunday, 08/18/2013 beginning at 1:00 PM ET and ending at 6:00 PM ET. During this time frame, claims, eligibility, claims status, and address/credit transaction processing will be delayed. Reports and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) will not be delivered. Also, Collaboration Compass, including Support and Audit Tools and Payer Agreements Library, will not be available.
Please continue to send transactions during the maintenance time. Transactions will be held at the clearinghouse and processed once maintenance is complete.
