System slowness and internet connectivity issues being observed by several internet providers.

CollaborateMD has received several calls regarding system slowness and connectivity issues from users within the West Coast, Mid-West and other U.S. graphical regions. Many of the internet providers such as Cox Communications, Comcast, AT&T, Charter Spectrum, Century Link and Level (3) are experiencing problems and addressing them to restore your level of service.

CollaborateMD users can leverage downdetector.com (or similar outage sites) to review the status of their specific internet provider. After selecting your internet provider, click on the “Live Outage Map” and navigate to your geographical region. You also have the option to click “Problems” in the header menu and scroll down to see all of the reported problems associated with your internet provider.
