		Due to an unexpected processing issue, the clearinghouse experienced issues affecting Institutional and Professional 5010 reports for the following payer:CPID 6408 CIGNA Select (fka Great&#45;West Healthcare) &#45; ProfessionalCPID 4516 CIGNA Select (fka Great&#45;West Healthcare) &#45; InstitutionalThis affected the 999 and 277CA report generation for reports returned from 06/12/2013 to present. This issue caused reports returned from Cigna Select to process under CPIDs 6405 and 4509 Cigna Health Plans. The clearinghouse is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and to reprocess the reports to the correct CPIDs. 		It has been reported to the clearinghouse that UCare will be performing a major upgrade to its core system during the week of 06/10/2013. This conversion will cause delays in the processing of claim files submitted to UCare and will also cause delays in the production of remittance files. Claim processing will be suspended from 3:00 PM on Tuesday, 06/11/2013 through Saturday, 06/15/2013. Reports for files submitted during that time will not be available until processing resumes on Sunday, 06/16/2013. Remittances will not be generated on Friday, 06/14/2013.Payers affected are:CPID 1531 UCare of MinnesotaCPID 4496 UCare of MinnesotaFurther notification will be sent as it is received. The clearinghouse will continue to process files and deliver them to the UCare Secure FTP server.
