		I  would like to take this time to express appreciation. Our mental health  clinic has worked with CollaborateMD since 2009 and we have found the service  and staff to be exceptional. CollaborateMD has met our electronic  billing and scheduling needs and James Anderson, our account representative,  and the staff have met our customer service needs. Recently James  advocated on our behalf and we, as a smaller mental health clinic, were  Blessed with the response. Also, on a personal note, my Sales rep James learned that  I recently lost my 25 year old son to a work related accident; James and his  staff signed and sent, to me, a beautiful sympathy card. 		I would like to pass on this note about our experience to date with the people and the software of CollaborateMD.We are a small company of two people, with just a few accounts. Yet the Sales Executive and Implementation team have acted as if we were one of your larger clients. Starting the process of gong with CollaborateMD was made very easy with their help. I had many questions at first and they answered them well and quickly. Even now several months into using the software, they continue to help me not just in a very professional manner but with friendliness and cheerfulness! It has made our experience with CollaborateMD much easier.The software is good and meets our needs very well. We are pleased with the package so far.The Implementation team provided excellent training for my partner, our claims specialist. Our claims specialist is very pleased with the implementation experience and has had some additional follow&#45;up in which they continued to help well.We have experience with several other claims software packages. For our needs, we have found that CollaborateMD is the best, especially with the added help and guidance and training from their team. 		&quot;The Client Services Team helped me resolve a claim rejection issue with Ohio Medicaid with a sense of urgency.  After extensive researching and numerous case creations without cooperation by the payer, the Client Services Team offered a creative solution to resolve the problem.  We implemented the creative solution and now our claims are being accepted by Ohio Medicaid for successful processing and adjudication. 		Before using Collaborate, I only did paper billing (15 years) with Medisoft.  Once we decided to go electronic, I looked around and found Collaborate, and am now totally sold on your company!  The ease of use; the feedback if I need it; knowing that I send my claims through and Collaborate processes them and they go straight to the insurance companies for me is fantastic. No more mailing 1500 forms!  I love being able to go thru tracking and see what I sent just the day before actually went and if there is any problem at all, I can catch it right then, saving time the money comes in!  The boss loves that, too!  I just finished training a friend who graduated from an on&#45;line course for med billing, and I encouraged her to use Collaborate with her new business.
