As part of continually improving our process to better meet your needs, for those payers who do not return a report to providers after the initial 999 report to the clearinghouse, we will now return the payer 997/999 report to providers for accepted claims. This will help clarify which claims have been accepted. You will continue to receive an FX Report notifying you of claims that rejected on the payer’s 997/999.
As we do now, we will work on the rejected claims from these payers and automatically resubmit the "clean" claims (those that do not have errors) immediately upon receiving the rejected claims 999 report.
