Due to a payer processing issue, Institutional and Professional claims transmitted to the payer listed below on 10/01/2013 have not been processed by the payer:

•CPID 4509 Cigna Health Plans
•CPID 6505 Cigna Health Plans

A resolution has been implemented and the claims were transmitted to the payer on 10/03/2013.

This delay has affected claims released to the clearinghouse between 11:00 AM CT 10/01/2013 and 06:00 PM CT 10/01/2013.
