Cigna has scheduled maintenance at the following times:
3:00 PM CT to 6:30 PM CT on Saturday, 11/17/2012 - services will not be available
2:00 PM CT to 5:00 PM CT on Sunday, 11/18/2012 - services will be available, but users may experience interruptions
During these timeframes, eligibility transactions should not be sent. Transactions sent during the scheduled maintenance timeframes above may receive a response stating: Unable to Respond at Current Time.
Action Required: Do not send eligibility transactions to this payer at the times listed above.
