Due to a payer processing issue, Institutional and Professional claims transmitted to the payer listed below on 08/28/2013 have not been processed by the payer:
•CPID 4509 Cigna Health Plan
•CPID 6405 Cigna Health Plan
A resolution has been implemented and the claims were transmitted to the payer on 08/30/2013.
This delay has affected claims released to the clearinghouse between 06:00 PM CT 08/27/2013 and 11:00 AM CT 08/28/2013.
