Institutional and Professional claims transmitted to the payer listed below from the clearinghouse on 04/04/2013 have not been processed by the payer due to a processing issue.

CPID 5943 CIGNA Behavioral Health

A resolution has been implemented and the claims were retransmitted to the payer on 04/08/2013.

This delay has affected claims released to the clearinghouse between 7:00 AM CT 04/03/2013 and 7:00 AM CT 04/047/2013.
