Due to an Intermediary processing issue, Professional claims for the payer listed below may have received the following invalid error message on the Payer Claim Data Report (SR):
DUPLICATE CLAIM ACKNOWLEDGEMENT / RETURNED AS UNPROCESSABLE CLAIM
This issue began on 11/29/2012 and was resolved by the Intermediary on 12/20/2012. Please disregard the rejection which states the duplicate error message as the original submission was accepted by the payer for processing. The intermediary apologizes for any inconvenience.
