“I love Collaborate, and told my boss if he ever switched, I would quit!”

Before using Collaborate, I only did paper billing (15 years) with Medisoft. Once we decided to go electronic, I looked around and found Collaborate, and am now totally sold on your company! The ease of use; the feedback if I need it; knowing that I send my claims through and Collaborate processes them and they go straight to the insurance companies for me is fantastic. No more mailing 1500 forms! I love being able to go thru tracking and see what I sent just the day before actually went and if there is any problem at all, I can catch it right then, saving time the money comes in! The boss loves that, too! I just finished training a friend who graduated from an on-line course for med billing, and I encouraged her to use Collaborate with her new business. I love Collaborate, and told my boss if he ever switched, I would quit!!!!!!
