The clearinghouse will perform system maintenance on 4/06/2013 from 8:00 PM CT to 11:00 PM CT. During this time frame, clients will be unable to connect to send Real-Time transactions including Eligibility. Additionally, Collaboration Compass, including the Payer Agreements Library, will not be available during the maintenance time frame.
Action Required: After the maintenance is complete, please verify that your communication lines or queues are active. Please also be aware of delays in receiving responses and the availability of the Collaboration Compass during this time frame.
