Eligibility: Cigna: Payer Scheduled Maintenance

CollaborateMD has been notified that CIGNA has scheduled maintenance on Saturday, 03/31/2012 from 11:00 PM to Sunday, 04/01/2012 at 3:00 PM CT. During this time eligibility transactions should not be sent. Requests sent during the scheduled maintenance time may receive a response stating “Unable to Respond at Current Time”.
