It has been reported to the clearinghouse that the payer listed below sent incomplete Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) files from 4/16/2013 through 5/25/2013. This may have caused providers to have missing ERAs.
The payer has corrected this issue and is resending all complete ERA files from 4/16/2013 through 5/25/2013. This may cause some providers to receive duplicate ERAs from these dates.
Payers affected are:
• CPID 1761 MERITAIN HEALTH
• CPID 7529 MERITAIN HEALTH
Please be aware of possible duplicate ERAs.
