Due to a payer processing issue, there has been a delay in Professional and Institutional Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) for the following payers for file dates 09/09/2013 through the present:
• CPID 1755 Summacare Health Plan
• CPID 2544 Summacare Health Plan
• CPID 2994 Apex Benefit Services
• CPID 3814 Apex Benefit Services
Additional updates will be forwarded as more information becomes available. Please be aware of a delay in the delivery of ERA for file dates above.
