Due to a payer processing issue, there has been a delay in Professional Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) for the following payers for check dates 03/04/2012 through 05/02/2012:

Please read the following statement from Horizon Blue Shield of New Jersey regarding the ERAs:
We have recently identified an issue with the creation of the 835 ERA remittance. We have discovered that those provider profiles that were loaded into our 835 ERA production environment from 3/4/2012 to 5/2/2012 had not been properly loaded. As a result there have been many inquiries generated for missing remits. As of May 2, 2012 we identified the issue and updated all provider entries since January 1, 2012. Unfortunately we are unable to recreate the 835s and we ask that you balance to the paper voucher.
Please use the payer paper voucher to balance ERAs for the check dates listed above.
