Professional and Institutional Claims for CPIDs 6405 and 4509 CIGNA Health Plans may have received an invalid error message on the Payer Claim Data Report (SR) due to a payer processing issue: E0:0RESPONSE NOT POSSIBLE - ERROR ON SUBMITTED REQUEST DATA:CANNOT PROVIDE FURTHER STATUS ELECTRONICALLY.

This error message does not represent the proper claim status. This issue began December 21, 2011 and is still occurring. All claims receiving this invalid error message will be processed by the payer.

Please be aware of the invalid claim rejection messages.
